police restraint

Old Lady with Assault Rifle

A police officer called the station on his radio.

“I have an interesting case here.

“An old lady shot her husband for stepping on the floor she just mopped.”

“Have you arrested the woman?”

“Not yet. The floor’s still wet.”

(Many thanks to my friend Dusty for passing on this story.)

Yet an example of what happens when guns are not properly stored in a safe or a secure place, out of reach of children:

Unfortunately, it is once again a kid who will pay harshly for the lack of savvy of an adult presumed responsible
I can understand the American’s addiction to weapons, even if I disagree with. But one of the things which weapons owners should be aware is that these aren’t toys that can leave within reach of children. A bedroom locker is not really an appropriate place to store a firearm.

In addition, as response to Dan’s post: an old joke from the USSR era:
Why Moscow cops come always in threes?
    – one knows how to read,
    – the other knows count,
    – the third is to monitor these two dangerous intellectuals.

Its sad to see, how authorities try to destroy the rest of this family. This poor boy has to live with it , thats hard enough. I hope he can be saved from jail.
